PROBLEM:
An error message occurs when user attempts to burn a CD.
FIX:
Our program is compatible to interact with most computer CD burners, however occassionally there is a random error. The best solution is to just burn your final file from Windows Media Player. (see PDF instructions below)

I can't register the software. The server cannot be reached.
FIX:
Our registration server was taken down in July 2011. Since this time, we have discovered that our customers are still attempting to load the program or made a new purchase through a different vendor. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvience! We are currently working on bringing this registration server back online. Please try to register your software after December 15, 2011. It should work. Thanks!
